Seán Johnson

Seán Johnson is the Director of the Asheville Yoga Center and curator of our teacher training programs. He is a respected yoga teacher, teacher trainer, studio owner, and bhakti musician who teaches internationally.

Sandy Viteri

Sandy has studied under Vasant Lad, MASc, and is passionate about healthy living practices and spirituality, chakra work, travel, marketing, and animals. She is a 200-hour yoga certified Teacher and is currently studying to become an Integrative Healthcare Practitioner and an Ayurvedic Consultant.
Together, we’ll explore how your daily movements can become acts of devotion—not just nourishing your body, but uplifting your heart and expanding your spirit.
