Eating with Awareness:
The Ayurvedic Path to Balance

Transforming digestion through mindful nourishment

Thursday, June 4th,
from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm - ET

Hosted by Sandy Viteri, Sneha Raichada & Sean Sigmon

Join us live for a nourishing live conversation exploring the Ayurvedic art of mindful eating and conscious nourishment.

In Ayurveda, digestion is not only about food. It is about how we receive life itself.

When digestion is balanced, the body becomes clear, the mind becomes steady, and the heart feels nourished. But when we eat while distracted, rushed, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from our natural rhythms, imbalance slowly begins to accumulate.

Together, we will explore how awareness at mealtime can become one of the most powerful forms of medicine—supporting digestion, energy, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

This is an invitation to slow down…
to reconnect with the wisdom of your body…
and to rediscover food as a sacred pathway to healing.

What You'll Experience:

  •  Ayurvedic wisdom on digestion, agni, and mindful nourishment.

  •  How stress, emotions, and daily habits impact digestion.

  •  Practical rituals to support healthy eating and absorption.

  •  Simple ways to eat in harmony with your unique constitution.

  •  Seasonal Ayurvedic nutrition guidance for summer balance.

  •  A deeper understanding of the connection between food, mind, and consciousness.

You’ll leave this conversation feeling inspired, grounded, and more connected to the healing power of conscious nourishment.
