Join Us for a Seasonal Ayurvedic Reset.

As we transition from the cool, heavy qualities of kapha season into the intensity and heat of pitta season, the body holds a sacred opportunity.

If kapha is not cleared, it can carry forward—creating congestion, sluggish digestion, weight gain, and emotional heaviness as pitta begins to rise.

But when we cleanse at the right time…
The body becomes light, clear, and ready to receive the fire of transformation.

Join us for a live Ayurvedic webinar designed to help you gently release accumulated kapha and prepare your system for a balanced, vibrant pitta season.

In this nourishing session, you will discover how to support your body through a natural Ayurvedic detox, improve digestion, and awaken your inner vitality—without force, without extremes.

Reserve your spot and begin your seasonal reset.

What You'll Experience:

In Ayurveda, timing is everything.
This is the ideal moment to lighten the body before the heat of summer arrives.

  • Why late spring is the best time for a kapha cleanse before entering pitta season.

  • How excess kapha can turn into a deeper imbalance if not released.

  • Daily rituals to reduce heaviness, water retention, and sluggishness.

  • Practical Ayurvedic tools to transition smoothly into pitta season with balance.

This is not a harsh cleanse.
It is a return to rhythm.
