Rooted Wellness:
Creating Stability Through Nourishment and Nutrition

Building resilience through daily care

Thursday, April 9th,
from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm - ET

Hosted by Sandy Viteri, Sneha Raichada & Sean Sigmon

Join us live and gently rebuild stability through the healing power of food and daily care.

In Ayurveda, healing does not begin with intensity—it begins with steadiness.

When life feels scattered, when the mind becomes overwhelmed, or when the body feels depleted, the answer is not more force… it is more grounding.

Join us for this free live webinar on April 9th at 2 PM EST, where we will explore how to cultivate stability, strength, and resilience through the wisdom of Ayurvedic nutrition and daily practices.

Together, we will return to what truly sustains you.

You'll discover how to:

  • Rebuild stability in the body and mind through grounding foods and daily routines.

  • Understand how nourishment influences your energy, digestion, and emotional balance.

  • Support your nervous system through warm, intentional eating practices.

  • Create daily rituals that bring consistency and calm into your life.

  • Use food as medicine to cultivate resilience during times of stress or transition.

This is not about restriction or perfection.
It is about learning how to listen to your body… and respond with care.
